Spotlight on HYDRATE FACE for Girls

We are very excited to share with you our new girl’s range that not only smells delicious (pomegranate and coconut) but it has some amazing active ingredients to bring out the best in your skin.

Let’s take a closer look at the active ingredients in the girl’s HYDRATE FACE moisturiser and the benefits they have on the skin.

Arnica – arnica is known for it’s wound healing properties and it is soothing to the skin reducing redness and swelling. Perfect to help heal those annoying pimples.

White Willow Bark - Willow Bark Extract is high in salicin, tannins, phenolic acids, flavonoids, and various minerals, all of which help soothe the skin and aid in cell regeneration allowing for a more youthful, refreshed complexion. A natural exfoliant, salicin sloughs off dead skin cells and clears pores to reveal a more radiant, clear complexion. Although extremely effective salicin is gentle and non-irritating making it safe for nearly all skin types. It is also anti-inflammatory and can help with acne and excess oil production.

Acai - Acai berries are recognised as one of the most potent antioxidant berries, and we all love Acai bowls for their health properties and their deliciousness, but Acai is also amazing when applied to your skin! Acai berry is antibacterial and has a high absorption rate that can improve your skin’s elasticity. Acai berry can assist with unclogging pores and aiding in skin cell regeneration. It’s loaded with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals - the building blocks of healthy skin. These vitamins include Vitamin A, Vitamin C, B Vitamins, Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Copper, Anthocyanins, and flavonoids.

Green Tea – Green tea has antimicrobial and astringent properties along with its ability to balance the skin’s oil production and minimise the appearance of enlarged pores. Its exfoliating property helps decrease the appearance and occurrence of blackheads while eliminating dead skin, dirt, bacteria, and other pollutants on the skin’s surface which promotes the skin’s rejuvenation and renewal.

Olive Leaf - It is known to reduce redness, to hydrate, to stimulate the growth of new skin, and to enhance circulation. In turn, the complexion appears to be detoxified, healthy, and rejuvenated.

Kakadu Plum - Kakadu Plum is rich in Vitamin C which is essential for collagen production. Vitamin C in Kakadu Plum acts as a powerful skin-protective antioxidant, making it an important nutrient for skin rehydration. Vitamin C in Kakadu Plum enhances skin barrier function and helps reduce water loss, which prevents dry skin.

Aloe Vera - It contains antioxidants, enzymes, Vitamins A and C, and it is highly anti-inflammatory. It can help treat burns, acne and dry skin.

Hyaluronic Acid - hyaluronic acid is used as a humectant — a substance that helps the skin hold on to water. HLA helps hydrate the outer layers of skin by binding water to collagen and thereby improving the skin's appearance leaving you with radiant, glowing skin.

Niacinamide (vitamin B3) – niacinamide can reduce the appearance of pores, redness and fortify the skin barrier which provides environmental protection. It helps to brighten, even out skin tone and clear the skin.

Vitamin E - Vitamin E is an antioxidant that has long been considered an anti-inflammatory agent in the skin, as several studies have supported its prevention of inflammatory damage after UV exposure. Vitamin E is moisturising and healing and helps strengthen the skin barrier.

Rosehip Oil - Rosehip seed oil is loaded with skin nourishing vitamins and essential fatty acids. It brightens and evens out the skin tone, regenerates and heals, helps with anti-aging, elasticity, and collagen production.

So, as you can see the Hydrate for girls packs a punch with active ingredients to moisturise, nourish and protect your skin leaving you with a radiant complexion. Suitable for all ages and skin types including sensitive skin.
